Start a new life by creating a new character in Italy. Choose Italy or somewhere else as a birthplace when you start a new life because you should have an Italian background to give an authentic Mafia experience.
Come out as a member of the LGBTQ community
You will need to come out as a member of the LGBTQ community. As your character ages up, you will receive pop-up prompts and feelings regarding sexuality. As your character turns 18, go to the Identity option under the Activities tab to choose your identity, and from there choose Sexuality or Gender.
