Be born in California
This is an easy part of the challenge. Start a new life and make sure that your birthplace is set to California, United States. I usually go with Los Angeles for vibes, but the city doesn’t matter.
Become a microbiologist
After graduating from high school, seek admission to the university and select biology as a major subject. After completing education, seek a job as a microbiologist.
Contract 3+ STIs
Age up your character until it reaches 18, go to the Love section under the Activities tab, scroll down to Hook Up, and start hooking up because it is the fastest way to get STIs. Don’t use protection; keep doing this until you have three STIs.
Give a gift to a lover
Go to the Love section and choose Give Gifts, and select your lover to whom you want to give gifts. You can gift her anything you want, whether you want to give a precious gift or want to gift something cheap.
Give an STI to a lover
Once you are in a relationship and have an STI, spend time with your lover and keep hooking up. Keep hooking up with your partner until you get the message that you have passed STIs.
