Bitlife has dropped an update for Thanksgiving Scavenger Hunt. There are 10 hidden items throughout the game during the event, and when we find them all, we are able to get a free accessory. So some hints they gave us are:

How to complete Thanksgiving Scavenger Hunt Bitlife
Start a new life as male or female in any country that you want. Select crime as your special talent because you have to rob a bank while disguised as an old lady. It is not necessary to be successful in robbing a bank.

The Kiddie Table: Adopt a child
To adopt a child, you should have your own house. Go to the shopping menu and select a house and buy it. After buying a house, go to the Adoption menu under the Activities tab and choose a child to adopt it.
Crystal Gravy Boat: Give someone an atomic wedgie
Give someone an atomic wedgie to get a token of Crystal Gravy Boat. Go to the Crime menu under the Activities tab, scroll to Murder, and pick your method, Atomic Wedgie, and commit the murder.
Meemaw’s Wig: Rob a bank while disguised as Mrs. Doubtfire
It’s time to rob a bank while disguised as an old lady. Head to the Crime menu under the Activities tab and scroll down to Bank Robbery. Pick your disguise as Mrs. Doubtfire and rob it.
Horn of Plenty: Give away a house
To get a token of Horn of Plenty, you have to give away a house to someone. For this, head to the shopping menu and scroll to Real Estate; choose a house to buy it. Now go to your real estate properties under the Assets tab. Tap on your house, find an option to gift someone, and give away your house.
Paper Plate Turkey: Give a child up for adoption
Go to the Adoption menu under the Activities tab and choose a child to adopt it. After adopting it, you can give a new name to it, then adopt it out to get a token of Paper Plate Turkey.
Porcelain Casserole Dish: Taxidermy a pet bird
Taxidermy a pet bird to get a token of Porcelain Casserole Dish. Go to the Pets option under the Activities tab and scroll down to Pet Store to buy the bird. Age up until your pet bird passes away. When it passed away, taxidermy it.
Turkey-Shaped Oven Mitts: Use the tanning bed
To get a Turkey-Shaped Oven Mitts token, just head to the Salon & SPA under the Activities tab and scroll down to Tanning Salon and pick a service Tanning Bed. After getting expensive treatment, you will get a Turkey-Shaped Oven Mitts token.
Golden Turkey Drumstick: Give a relative $1000
Go to the Relationship menu and choose any relative. You can give money to your brother or sister; even you can give money to your mother. Select any of them and give $1000 to him to get the Golden Turkey Drumstick token.
Turkey Feather Cape: Emigrate to Turkey
Go to the Activities tab, scroll to Emigrate, and select Turkey as an emigrate country.

Make 10+ friends while you are studying in school, make sure to be friend with classmates and complement them to become friends. After making 10+ friends, you will get Friendsgiving Turkey token.
